"young person" means a person who has attained the age of fourteen years and is under the age of eighteen. (2) In this Act unless the context otherwise requires the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and the Federal Territory of Labuan shall each be regarded as a State. [Am. Act A297; P.U.
